Alot of Consumers and Realtor’s think that home staging is all about furniture. IT IS NOT ALL ABOUT FURNITURE. ONLY 10% IS ABOUT FURNITURE.

The other 90% is about the Curb Appeal, How Clean the House Is, How Neutral the House Is and The Dynamization that the home promotes on the internet and the physical appearance in person. .

I do exterior and interior staging. Remember buyer’s will pay a premium price for a premium home. But they will not pay premium price for an ordinary home that is dirty and in need of repairs. Buyer’s only know what they see not the way it’s going to be. An ordinary unstaged home will take a average 84.6 days to get a contract plus have multiple price reductions along the way.

You have to remember when you sell the biggest asset of your life there are going to be two contracts. The first contract is before inspections and the second is after inspections. This is where the buyer’s have the right to lower the agreed price and ask for maintenance concessions or DEMAND ALLOWANCES or JUST WALK ON THE CONTRACT……………..;
